Hello everyone, the last episode left me craving for more so here's another review of Date A Live
The ED is Save My Heart by Iori Nomizu
First thing to note is i consider this anime to be directed at +18 age group because of some fanservices, the use of suggestive language, and also nudity.
This episode starts with shido and tohka getting on their date, there he discover that she is still be wary of human, her childish personallity, and she turns out to be quite a glutton, on the way they were seen by origami.
A while later they wind up on a fancy restaurant, and encounter hiroto, from him they get voucher to eat free of charge (at least he is not as irritating and useless), inside shido gets surprised the restaurant is full with fraxinus member.
Fraxinus member set up many event during their daten such as converting a little part of residential area into food booth and of course free of charge, and winning a top prize at the raffle booth, meanwhile origami has been given a clearance of deployment.
Realizing what the top prize itm shido manages to persuade tohka to leave and go somewhere else, unfortunately it started to rain midway so they decides to shelter at the nearby gaming center, here a certain catcher machine catch tohka attention, tohka didn't manage to get the prize but after cooperating weth shido she finally win.
the rain soon subsided and they head to a nearby playground, to get some rest, she then tells him how much fun she has experienced today but she still dont understand what a date really is, shido then explain to him after hearing that she concludes that they had an amazing date, meanwhile the AST had been stalking them and a permission to snipe was given.
Tohka seems to understand now why the mecha team is after her, because she always destroy something on her arrival, but shido doesn't believe it and assure that she can stay on earth, at his point shido hold up his hand towards tohka, however....
Seemingly able to detect danger he suddenly pushes tohka aside and in matter of seconds he gets hit by a bullet fired by origami and died instantly.
Seeing shido dead body tohka goes to a state of rage by summoning her final form weapon Halvanhelev, while origami is still sitting there shocked.
Situation looks grim aboard fraxinus, as the evacuation is still in progress, however the calm kotori state that shido will survive, and order them to retrieve him.
Strange but true a burning flame envelops shido's body and his wound is healed, tohka rampage goes on and just when she wants to land her finishing blow, her attention is shifted to a certain scream.
Tohka is happy that shido is still alive but it turns out she lost control of halvanhelev power, kotori remind shido on what he should do, and tells tohka they need to kiss, having run out of time she takes the initiative and....
The burst of energy shatters and dissipates leaving a nude tohka, who is embarrassed and tells shido to keep close to her, she also ask if shido will take her out on date again which he replied with a yes, at the end of the show tohka is transferred to shido school.
My Thought
To be honest i'm quite disappointed, where does the tsundere tohka go?. how can shido survives that shot?,
overall this show isn't that bad but it leaves many thing unanswered, hopefully they will reveal it soon, and i prefer the 2nd ED.
